Where we are
Velvet Touch is located at 172/46 Macquarie Street, Barton — in the Parliamentary Triangle, close to National Circuit and an easy trip from Kingston, Manuka, Griffith and the CBD.
Arriving
Come a few minutes early for your first visit, especially for anything involving a consultation (colour, keratin, facials) — a short chat before we start means the treatment is tailored to your hair or skin, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Hygiene
All tools and equipment are properly sanitised between every single client — for waxing, nails, lashes and every other service. If you ever have a question about our hygiene process, ask; we're glad to walk you through it.
Pricing
Every service on our site is listed with real pricing upfront — no "book to find out." Some services are marked "from," which means the final price depends on factors like hair length or the specific work involved; we'll always confirm the exact price with you before starting, not after.
Payment
We accept cash, credit/debit card, and app-based payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
After your appointment
You'll get a confirmation and, if relevant, an appointment reminder by email. If you ever need to reschedule or cancel, the confirmation email includes a link to manage your own booking — no need to call.
